After 10 years in the mental health field, I noticed something heartbreaking: families needed resources, and resources needed families - but there was no clear bridge connecting them. People were overwhelmed, confused, and struggling to find real, reliable help.

Rooted Resources was created to fix that gap so parents don't have to figure it out alone. 

2. Navigating Crisis Without A Map

Years ago, I experienced a situation that showed me how life-changing the right information can be. I had no idea what steps existed, what my rights were, or how to access support. Once I found the right professionals and learned my options, everything shifted. 

That experience taught me that information is protection - and too many families don't know what's available to them. 

3. A Childhood That Taught Me Why Safety Matters

My own childhood experiences showed me how vital it is for children to understand their bodies, boundaries, and safety long before something happens. For years I carried questions I didn't have the words for - and that shaped my passion for making sure no child feels that way today.
