Rooted Workshops exists to fill the huge gap that leaves children, teens, and even adults feeling lost, ashamed, or disconnected. I created Rooted to give families something I never had growing up - tools, safety, and real connection.
Rooted is here to educate, break stigmas and empower all ages. Whether you’re a parent, teen or someone wanting healthier relationships with your body, your boundaries, or your communication - there is a workshop for you here.
Rooted is designed with truth, clarity, and compassion. This is a judgement-free space where learning feels safe, shame-free, and grounded.

At Rooted Workshops, I teach sex education, safety, boundaries, self-worth, and real-life connection from the ground up. My programs are designed for:
- Children & Parents: To build trust, use real language, and open the door to lifelong, shame-free communication.
- Teens: To feel confident in their bodies, boundaries and relationships.
- Young Adults: To understand their worth and navigate sexuality and self-expression with clarity.
- Adults: To reconnect with their values and learn the things they were never taught growing up.
These workshops are built to be relatable, realistic, and rooted in evidence-based education—tested first in my own home. As I grow with my child, Rooted will guide me too, not just the families I serve.

Rooted Workshops began with one goal: to help families.
Along the way, it also became a space of reflection and healing for me.
My mission is to create support where silence once lived - to meet children, teens, and adults where they are, and to make conversations about bodies, boundaries, relationships, and safety as normal as reading and math.
We all deserve to feel safe, seen, and empowered in our bodies and relationships. That's what Rooted Workshops is here to do.
